I had a really great experience with all who work at this clinic. They are very professional in everything they do. English was not a problem with any of the staff I dealt with. Went in for extractions and implants. Pain was expected from extracting most of my teeth but when the implants were installed there was minimal pain. They worked to ensure that I was satisfied with the provisionals to the final pair of implants. Although this may have taken me some time to get the final results it was well worth it. Their prices are very reasonable for all they do. Thank you to all that helped me get that great smile again.

I believe I visited this clinic about four times by now and i was never disappointed with the work they have done. This includes many crowns and one implant. They have an advanced technology to make sure the new tooth is perfectly made to measure and nothing less than 100% will do. I just came back at the weekend, they have renovated their premises and improved other aspects of the business. And of course I must mention Dr Anastasia, who is just better than any dentist I have seen so far. Communication is great, your input is important. The best thing is, she has visible feeling/compassion for the client, she is pro-active, rather than reactive (this is a real gift). My latest X2 crowns are perfect. Everyone there is very welcoming and customer focused. This clinic is highly recommended!

I visited the clinic with my wife to make dental hygiene and broken tooth reconstruction. We had good feeling from the beginning. The whole staff is very kind, the environment is clean and well sanitized. They have also all the modern tools to check everything, starting from camera inspection to X-ray and so forth. They explained us everything clearly and making sure we understood the intervention to be done. We received also paper in English explaining the whole procedure and the risks related to be done. The price of the intervention was clear from the beginning and it was fair. The intervention was done with high professionalism and care. Meanwhile I was waiting for my wife intervention, they offered me water and a very good coffe. My wife remained completely satisfied. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone who wants top level quality treatment.

I have had an infected tooth for months now. Getting the proper diagnosis and treatment in the UK (especially with the pandemic) has been nearly impossible. During a trip to Prague, the infection flared up. The Bio-Dent team was able to see me and I had a full consultation done to better understand not just what was doing on with that particular tooth, but in general.

I was in their office for nearly two hours, between the 3D imaging, the 2D scans, and then more than an hour with Dr Anastasiya Levchenko for a consultation. She did a full exam of my teeth and then took me tooth-by-tooth through any issues. I left with a strong antibiotic to treat the infection (short-term fix), a CD with the images and scans they had taken, and the promise of a written treatment plan to follow within a week.

It arrived in my email as promised, broken down into separate phases with a detailed plan and cost for each. In the meantime, I had begun researching what the costs were going to be to have such work done in the UK (if I could even get a private dentist to take me on as a patient). The badly infected tooth needed extraction and there was going to be close to a 2 month wait to have it done in the UK, even driving up to 2 hours away. I ended up messaging Bio-Dent to see if they could actually do this for me as well and I had a quote back in my email the next day. I was able to fly back to Prague in under 10 days for this initial work to be completed -- 2 extractions and 3 fillings (one replacing a filling that had just been put in by the NHS in March which was already crumbling), and a long-overdue professional cleaning.

It was Dr Jacobo Gantes Moreno who spent most of his day with me. For what would have been the cost of the complex extraction in the UK, I was able to have all of the above work done, plus my travel costs.

The entire team is extremely friendly, professional and kind - from the young man who works in reception (and puts up with my husband practicing Czech words with him) to the dental hygienists and the dentists themselves. The technology they work with is top-of-the-line, including equipment that I've never seen before in the UK. There was never any pressure to have the work done by them. Given my initial positive experience, their pricing and availability, and the genuine care that I feel as a patient, there was never a desire or a need to seriously consider going anywhere else.

My mouth is healing from the extractions and then I'll be returning to Prague in September for the next phase of treatment. I have great confidence and trust that I am in capable, professional hands. Highly recommend (and I'll post again following the September appointments).
